If you come for a treatment, we will collect medical history and client cards for each client, this is for health and safety reasons and we are required to hold this information for 7 years and is a legal obligation. After 7 years if you have not returned for a treatment to us and renewed your medical history we will destroy this personal information. In the meantime all your information is held securely in locked files and is used for no other purpose or seen by any other person outside of the business.
